The Discrete Defense Solutions Concealed Carry IWB Hip Holster (Inside the Waistband Holster) is a leap forward in Kydex concealed carry IWB gun holster design.
Built to wear! We affectionately refer to this as “The Ugly Duckling”, but since it is designed NOT TO BE SEEN, we don’t think you will mind it’s rugged looks. Our Kydex IWB gun holster was created due to our inability to find a holster you could comfortably wear all day. Unlike most Kydex IWB’s the body side of our holster is formed to fit your hip, instead of the weapon. This insures that there are no pressure points digging into your body and the lower portion of the holster is shaped to avoid corners that poke or pinch the lower hip and leg.
Additionally, we line the inside panel with a neoprene pad that is plush on the body side. The pad is extended above the grip of the firearm, so you never have the hammer, aggressive grips, or the Kydex material touching your skin. The absence of a leather or horsehide back panel provides a slimmer overall profile and is much cooler in warmer weather. These features add up to a drastically more comfortable and concealable package. These are a great solution for any Beretta, Glock, HK, Ruger, Springfield, Sig Sauer or Smith & Wesson manufactured handgun.
Belt clips are a vital piece of any holster. After searching the world a better clip and coming up empty, we created the GIZ clip.
• Made of .09 inch aluminum, making it virtually unbreakable.
• Much easier on leather belts than thin, spring steel clips.
• Hinged at the bottom of clip, allowing it to swing away from the holster. This makes tucking a shirt much simpler than with any other clip we have found.
• J-clip design holds holster securely in place, yet allows you to easily don/remove the holster, while maintaining an acceptable level of concealment.
