You may return any standard item in our inventory within thirty (30) days of delivery for any product error or defect for a full refund or exchange. Company will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. Company is not responsible for any lost or damaged product being returned unless Company has agreed to pay the return shipping costs in writing. If purchaser has made a specific written request for a customized product, Company reserves the right to deny any return absent an error or omission in production directly attributable to the Company.

As the purchaser, you assume all risk and responsibility whatsoever for any and all losses or damages to persons or property including consequential damages arising from the use (or misuse) of any product purchased from Company, whether or not occasioned by Company’s negligence or based on strict product liability or principles of indemnity or contribution. Company does not assume or authorize any person or entity to assume any liability on behalf of Company in connection with the use of any product sold by Company. Company is manufacturing it products based on models, replicas and molds of third-party firearms and firearms accessories. While we work hard to ensure that all of our products function properly, we DO NOT and CANNOT represent or warrant that our product(s) will perfectly fit or properly function with your individual firearm or firearms accessories. If our standard or custom-built product does not properly function with your individual firearm or firearms accessory, please notify us immediately so that we can refund or replace your purchased product. DO NOT continue to use a purchased product that does not function properly or does not properly fit your firearm or firearm accessory(s).

Some of the goods which Company offers for purchase may be restricted or limited by Federal, State, and/or Local law. You, as the purchaser, recognize and agree that various Federal laws, rules and regulations, along with the laws, rules, and regulations of each State (along with the laws, rules, and regulations within each city, county, parish, municipality, cooperative, district, etc. within each State) differ and vary between States (including Washington, D.C.) and, often times, these laws, rules, and regulations vary within each State with regard to the permitted use of open carry, concealed carry, magazine and ammunition access and carry, access to weapons and ammunition within a motor vehicle, etc. You, as the purchaser, certify that you are aware of all applicable laws, rules and regulations which apply to your use of any Company product(s) being purchased by you, and Company hereby makes absolutely no representation or warranty that any of our Products will comply or conform with the legal requirements of your use of our Company product, and Company does not and cannot grant the right or authority to persons to purchase items which may be regulated pursuant to such laws.
